If you are using SPX Shield and something happens to your phone during 6 months after purchase, we may offer to you a digital gift voucher worth 50% of your phone’s market value, in exchange for your damaged phone. With this voucher you will be able to purchase a new phone immediately. 

You can apply for the Smart Protect Warranty if:

- You bought your SPX Shield less then 6 month ago

- You put it on your phone immediately after purchase 

- Your phone was damaged with the SPX Shield on

- Your phone has a valid claim (read the T&C for full details)

Once we receive your claim via web [URL] we will look at your individual situation and, if your Smart Protect Warranty is approved we will evaluate your phone to calculate the correct value of the gift voucher. 

For accurate evaluation we are using www.pricerunner.com. We will find your phone model and take the maximum and minimum price on the market. We may then offer you 50% of the average market value. If you accept our offer we will ask you to send your phone to our office and we will issue a digital gift voucher for you. Once it’s received, you can buy your new phone in any of our partner stores.

Once we process the order, we use First Class Royal Mail to send it to you. If you’ve not received the package within 48 hours, please contact us!

How is the warranty activated?
The warranty is activated when you apply the screen protector to an undamaged phone. Any phone that has damage from before the screen protector was applied will not be covered by the warranty.
